If you want to upgrade your current kitchen, we will make you an offer to repurchase your cabinetry and design the new kitchen of your dreams!
If you’re trying to sell your home, don’t risk losing the sale because potential buyers don’t like the kitchen. Simply tell your Realtor and potential buyers that it’s a Fifth & Cherry home, and we’ll take care of them when they’re ready to upgrade.

Here’s how the program works:
A Fifth & Cherry appraiser will work with you to review your kitchen and provide a buyback estimate.
When your new cabinets are delivered, we will pick up the old cabinets and take them away at no additional cost.
You will work with your contractor to safely remove the cabinets and store them until the new cabinets arrive.
